Tigers Karate Program
This is a wonderful program for children ages 4, 5 & 6 years old. It teaches them the basic martial arts skills in a fun, exciting class emphasizing positive life skills such as confidence, self esteem, respect, concentration and self control. Class are 30 minutes long and you can choose a once or twice per week program.

Juniors Karate Program
This dynamic program is for 6 - 12 year olds. The skills taught in this program are designed to give the students the tools they need to succeed in life. Confidence, discipline, respect, concentration and perseverance are just a few of the character traits this program will teach. M-Power - Martial Arts for Teens
Your teenager will have fun and get a great workout in our special M-Power classes, designed to meet the needs of this critical age. The focus is on discipline, concentration, self confidence and self esteem and gives the teenage student more tools to face the challenges in their life and make positive choices. Mind, Body and Spirit - Martial Arts for Adults
Adults want a fitness program that fits their lifestyle and needs. Our martial arts lessons compbine fitness, flexibility, karate skills, self defense, meditation (for stress relief) and philosophy for a well-rounded, fun and exciting program for adults. Kendo/Iaido
The way of the Samurai Sword! There are two separate prorams offered. Kendo - fighting skills with bamboo swords and traditional Japanese armour and Iaido - formalized patterns (kata) with a wooden sword initially, then later a metal (unsharpened) sword. No martial arts experience is needed for either class and beginners are always welcome. Call to find out times and days.

Kick Fit Elite
Our Penfield locaiton is offering Kick Fit Elite - a kickboxing style class that incoporates freestanding wavemaster striking bags, kick shields and hand targets. Participants wear wrist straps and kickboxing gloves. High energy music is provided to enhance this "Go-at-your-own-pace, sweat-pouring-out, kick-butt" workout. This two-times per week, 10 week program encourages goal setting and achieving greater levels of fitness, energy and confidence. No experience is necessary - we'll teach you everything you need to know. This class is open to anyone age 14 and up. The Saturday class is also available as a "drop-in" class. Kick Fit Elite includes kickboxing, cardio, toning and stretching as a means to increase overall fitness.
